Booking

To book your holiday, please read the terms and conditions below, then fill in the online booking enquiry form or print off a paper copy and post it to our booking agents.  Booking forms can be found at the bottom of the page.

Booking Conditions

Prices

The prices quoted are for the weekly hire of the property.  Bed linen, electricity, gas and water are included within the price.  Please bring your own towels and cot linen.

We can provide stair gates, 1 cot, 1 highchair free of charge if you require them and a small safe is available for your use.

We recommend you take out travel insurance for your trip which includes cancellation insurance.  We have details of competitive brokers if you require them, or you can follow the links on the accomodation page.

Additionally we request a £50 refundable key/damage deposit (one key only).  Extra keys are available for an additional £10 refundable deposit per key (up to 3 extra keys).

Short breaks can be accomodated, as can discounted rates for long winter lets (December to February 4 weeks or more).  Prices are available on request

Booking Procedure

When you have decided your preferred holiday date, please telephone Colin or Lou on 01273 464757 to confirm availability.  Following availability confirmation please complete the online booking form (See link below) and make your £50 holding deposit payment using the Paypal link which will appear on submission of the booking form.  Please forward the balance of your deposit (Total deposit less paypal payment) calculated on your booking form to the address indicated below within 7 days to secure the reserved dates.  Bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance should be made with payment in full.  Otherwise a deposit of 1/3rd of the property rental cost is required.  Balance due dates will be given on your booking confirmation.

Bookings are made and accepted only on the following conditions

The hire period runs from 2.00pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.  Bookings are not valid unless confirmed in writing by Easylet Villas Ltd.  Should you wish to cancel your booking, then please advise in writing as soon as possible.  Refunds will be dependant on the property being re-let and will be subject to an administrative fee.  Should the property become unavailable, Easylet Villas Ltd will endeavour to find suitable alternative accommodation, or refund the payment made in full.  Easylet Villas Ltd will not be liable for any loss, or inconvenience caused.

The apartment will contain a listed inventory of the contents of the property and should be checked upon arrival, with any discrepancy notified to our representative.  Any discrepancies found at the end of the hire period, or the cost of any damage or key replacement will be deducted from the £50 key/damage deposit.

The property will be cleaned between hirers, but it is expected that you leave the property reasonably clean and tidy.  Any excessive cleaning will be deducted from the key/damage deposit.

The property shall not be sublet nor shall the occupancy exceed or differ from that stated on the booking application without prior agreement.

Easylet Villas Ltd shall not be held responsible for any accident or injury to the hirer or any member of the hire party due to any cause whatsoever, nor for any loss or damage to personal goods or property during the period of hire
